Shehryar Nabi is a Senior Research Associate at the Aspen Institute Financial Security Program where he uses research and data to uncover insights about the most pressing challenges to financial security in the U.S. His work spans a range of topics of critical importance to household finances, including emergency savings, retirement security, affordable housing, and climate hazards, to name a few. Prior to joining Aspen, Shehryar was a content specialist at Prosperity Now, where he promoted research and advocacy efforts to build assets among low- and middle-income communities. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University.
